Not only that but the 1994 law specifically left the mini-14 and m1 carbine off the list as not being assault weapons. I noted of the 41 cases presented, 23 or less where killed with a "assault weapon" as defined in 1994 ban. And many of the AR-15s may be post ban and not an assault weapon either. Why don't they talk about the fact that a relatively larger portion are killed with their own firearm? Ron
