Race condition occured when CCH_flush(FLUSH_ALL) is writting page buffer and at 
the same time blocking AST is marked this buffer as BDB_blocking. When buffer 
is released after write it didn't checked bdb_ast_flag and page lock is not 
released. Another process received deadlock and is bugged with bugcheck 215 or 
216.
