- Our users are not using GPRE, or they're not using the features 
introduced in the last 10 years.
- Our users do not want to use GPRE instead of write they code directly
- GPRE has nothing to do with external routines.
- Some external preprocessor may be created for external routines, but 
again, this is not what our users want.
- It's macros, but what? It's simple, and do a lot of hard work.
- It's in the discussed direction of making the Firebird API message based.
