problem with an invalid database

Hi,
we have a database installed on a computer.
It was working fine.
And today : it is impossible to connect to it.
with isql tool we get the message : statement failed , sqlstate hy000
file myfile.fdb is not a valid database
and the others databases still work ...
I tried to copy to database on a nother computer : same thing
I can't find anything to solve this
I have firebird 2.0.1 on a computer and 2.5 on another (and the qame message
on both)
same message with gfix tool
i have looked the rights , they seem ok
