add some interactivity to GFIX during it works

If some .fdb has valuable size and is NOT in cache of OS, it's validation
performs too slow and no CPU or HDD activity can be watched.
This is because of random IO that occurs during GFIX.
Can some messages be outputed during GFIX works, e.g. each 20..30 seconds ?
Even if these messages will contain too much detailed information it will be
clear that FB not in 'groggy' state.
