Zombie connection in the server but client is dead from several days

today i look the activity on the FB server and notice that their is several
connection aleave from the 9 december but all the client was closed several
days ago !
When i do netstat i can see these dead connection
[fb_inet_server.exe]
TCP 98.121.17.182:3050 SERVER11:64631 ESTABLISHED
fb_inet_server.exe]
TCP 98.121.17.182:3050 SERVER11:65631 ESTABLISHED
...
but the count of connection is differents. on FB, it's say me 38 connection,
but on netstat i see 52 TCP connection
i can do a memory dump of the server if it's can help
