HEAD currently doesn't build on Linux if LibTomMath is not installed
because even if there is embedded LibTomMath source, the POSIX build
system doesn't use it. I can try to fix it but I need to know what is
the plan: always use embedded source, always use system library or
introduce a switch like --with-system-libtommath to choose one of those?
