Sometimes one may want to set crypt level for outgoing connections from
server... In all other aspects sounds very reasonable. But why limit
ourself only to crypt level? May be better have an ability of passing
the whole config file (certainly, not over the wire, and certainly -
only required parameters) in DPB?
