The message is I get using Windows authentication is:
" I/O error during "CreateFile (open)" operation for file 
"E:\TEMP\FB3TEST.FDB"Error while trying to open fileThe process cannot 
access the file because it is being used by another process. "

I'm using the database with the full hostname (machine/port).
