It is explicitly stated at tracker that transaction\statement is not
reported
but database\service connection is reported, so we *have* some context in
the message.

If you look at messages by the same trace instance (3324:0000000002D0A410
in sample above) - yes, it is strictly followed. But, of course, messages from
different trace instances (database\service connections) will be intermixed at
common trace log.
