Firebird connection and GBak after Transaction Limit Exceeds

Hello,
First of all i am sorry if this is not the right platform to ask this.
We are using firebird 2.5.1 and have database with size 136 GB. We are in a
situation where we are not able to log into that database.
Getting exception Transaction Limit Exceeds and transaction count exceeds. Need
to do backup and restore.
but our problem we are not able to take the backup too.
We tried to connect using firebird SQL tool, .NET Providers and also FBMastero
to connect and take backup. but failed to do so.
Can you any one help us in that as we are helpless and don't know what to do.
For last two attempts we were able to connect to the database, but we are not
able to connect to the database.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.
