EdivByZero Exception with collate clause in RAD Studio Codegear 2009

Hello
With Rad Studio Delphi 2009 I try select table with collate FR_FR in some
fields.
I use IBX Components (TIBDataBase, TIBDataSet)
On TIBDataSet->Open i get a EdivByZero error (SelectSQL is select * from TABLE)
if I delete collate clause from table and runs a "Select FIELD collate FR_FR
from TABLE I get EDivByZero error
In Delphi 7 or C++Builder 6 the same operation runs normallly
Firebird 2 is compatible with Rad Studio Codegear 2009 ?
Note : The component DBExpress in Delphi 2009 runs normally
