Actually, I just opened the "TIMESTAMP Keyword" case with Atlassian, the 
original issue was reported by Philippe who was passing along an observation 
from a client which was trying to update to JIRA v4.4 from 4.3.

Thanks for the tip -- I am surprised that Atlassian wouldn't have passed along 
that suggestion themselves.
