Add support for reporting number of Free Page in statistics

The current statistics do not include details regarding the number of free
pages in the database.
Such detail would be helpful in determining the amount of space which might* be
recovered through a backup/restore cycle.
* Because the engine now supports growing the file in large blocks, the size of
the new database will not be exact. The free page count value, though, would
provide at least a starting point for the developer.
