nanoseconds added to timestamp format
-------------------------------------

                 Key: CORE-3939
                 URL: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-3939
             Project: Firebird Core
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Engine
         Environment: any
            Reporter: Popa Adrian Marius

We have some issues in django driver and one test is failing with 6 digits
microseconds

Firebird supports only 4 it should support 6 to allow a better precision of
timestamp if it needs to be used in a realtime environment (logging on linux
kernel events ...)
