Doing bulk operations on a database it would be convinient temporarily disable 
some triggers. Possible syntax of command in question:

ALTER TRIGGER <trigger_name> {ACTIVE|INACTIVE} FOR CURRENT 
{TRANSACTION|CONNECTION}
