Add writing to firebird.log messages about all errors that occurs when trigger
ON DISCONNECT runs

Currently we can detect that some error occured when trigger ON DISCONNECT runs
only via trace (turning on parameter 'log_error').
So these kind of errors will not be seen by anyone until he launch fbtracemgr
and enables there log_trigger and log_error switches.
It will be useful to write these messages into firebird.log.
