Yes, I just received an e-mail that the migration was done and that it now started on the repositories. I guess that will take a while.
That e-mail says "That means that you and any other developers should do a fresh checkout using the new repository location when it is ready". With Subversion you can switch (relocate) your repository to a new location, any idea why they say you need a fresh checkout?
