Not valid NULL field, if a new field with a existent table data
---------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CORE-4013
                 URL: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-4013
             Project: Firebird Core
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Engine
    Affects Versions: 2.5.1
         Environment: Win 7 64
            Reporter: Juan Bonilla

if i have a table with existent data, and add a new field with a NOT NULL
clause without default, the field is added to the table but firebird fill the
field with a null value.
WHY not show a error if the core is violating the NOT NULL directive. and
worst, if made a backup with gbak, everything is ok, now try to restore, gbak
fail and yor lost the old database and the backup is corrupt = lost your data.
