Can someone explain when and from where the file fbintl.conf is read?.
I'm using FreeBsd 9.1 and Firebird 2.5.2_1, the file fbintl.conf is stored in
/usr/local/etc/firebird and fbintl (the executable) is in
/usr/local/libexec/firebird/fbintl
