I have no use for it, I was just wondering as Jaybird has a test that
creates a user, retrieves that same user and compares the result with
the values used to create that user. In this case the comparison failed
because the userid and groupid where different.

Simply leaving out the userid and groupid wasn't sufficient as Jaybird
differentiates between the value not being set and having a default
value 0 as returned by the server, so I have changed the test to set it
to 0 for Firebird 3.
