It's possible to make it configurable in FB3 at the client side. At the 
server side we must first allocate some buffer to be able to know 
something from that connection.
If we find out that this setting does give some serious effect - even at 
server side we can realloc that buffer, but before doing this let's find 
a case when increasing buffer size is really useful. And let's also not 
forget that making buffer too big at server with that size controllable 
by connection is not good from security POV.
