UDF Declaration localname and entrypoint ----------------------------------------
Key: CORE-4253 URL: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-4253 Project: Firebird Core Issue Type: Bug Components: UDF Environment: Windows Server 2008 64 Bit running Firebird 2.5.2 64 bit Reporter: Claudius Priority: Minor When defining a new UDF on 32bit, the Localname can be any friendlyname. However - on 64BIT, the local name has to be the same as the entrypoint. I can actually make the entrypoint whatever I want, and the function will still work. It seems the 64BIT is using the LOCAL name to search for the function in the library. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ October Webinars: Code for Performance Free Intel webinars can help you accelerate application performance.
