I don't think they should. Most of the isc_info_ items without svc in their name are part of the information request or response block (eg using isc_database_info()). Maybe you mean - for example - info_svc_limbo_trans instead of info_limbo or action_svc_repair with spb_rpr_list_limbo_trans.
