I think that we need to re-define the way that the database and cache setting are defined -- the current method will only lead to confusion. Based on the discussion below, there are far too many combinations available through the various settings and install switches. The reality is that there are only 2 set of options:: EngineMode/EngineType = Classic | SuperServer | SuperClassic DatabaseAccess = Shared | Single The install options should take their cue from the config settings, and not require inline switches.
