   Proof, please. "Not recommended" and "explicitly prohibited" - two big 
differences, you 
know.
   System folder is the only place where a _shared_ (do you remember what word 
"shared" 
means?..) library with corresponding bitness can be found by windows 
automatically, 
without ugly hacks.
   Once again: keeping _shared_ library in application folder is not an option.

   If you mean "using well known workarounds", then - no, I can workaround 
every bug. But
