To tell the true we as a project have almost no own documentation at all...
Moreover - I've never seen API descriptions except ib6 beta. Can't 
accept it as a criteria of API to be public or not :-)

But I suggest not to waste time and wait for a week (or 2 - taking into 
an account AGM). If nobody argues against, this patch should be 
committed I think.
