Currently CURRENT_TIMESTAMP has an optional precision parameter that takes
values 0-3, however TIMESTAMP in Firebird has a 100 microsecond resolution
(precision 4). Add support for CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(4) to cover the entire range
of precision.
