If that would mean all supported system allow a PF_INET6 socket listening on :: to accept both IPv4 and IPv6 connections, the IPv6 series could be applied immediatelly. On the other hand, the ability to listen on multiple sockets would be useful anyway. I have some work in progress on this but I got a bit lost in the way listening socket is created and used so it's not ready yet. Moreover, currently 3.0 segfaults during the build on my system so I will have to address that first.
