when i created a shadow file, the filesize is smaller than the database
filesize.
I think the reason is the 1/16 increase factor introduced in fb21
It is a little bit confusing that the shadow file is always smaller than the
original databasefile
I think that the shadow should have the same advantages of the filesize
increase factor to avoid file fragmentation
