With default configuration, FB3 started via xinetd allows only one connected
client at a time, second fails with failure to lock database file.
With SharedDatabase set to true in firebird.conf, even the first client
connection fails with authentication failure. ("Your user name and password are
not defined. Ask your database administrator to set up a Firebird login.")
