RemoteServicePort is not working

Setting different value for RemoteServicePort in firebird.conf has no effect.
Firebird runs on 3050.
I have Firebird 2.5.2 32 bit installed, but stoped. FB3, start running on 3050
with any value on RemoteServicePort (3033,3053,etc).
