Technically I wasn't proposing not to fix this problem, but to formally no
longer support Windows XP.
But a good point; Windows Server 2003 will go end of life in July 2015, so
do we expect to release FB 3 before that date ;). 

Note that although XP and 2003 are similar, they are not exactly the same.
