I committed the fix now (only with slight modification to avoid an
infinite loop if someone builds with FB_SERVICE_NAME set to the same
value as FB_SERVICE_PORT) so it should affect tomorrow's snapshot build
(it should have build number strictly greater than 31439).
On systems without IPv6 support or with IPv6 disabled, the server should
start with default configuration (RemoteBindAddress not set) and listen
on 0.0.0.0 (IPv4 wildcard). On XP or older (not sure about 2003) with
IPv6 support, one will need
RemoteBindAddress 0.0.0.0
to make it listen on 0.0.0.0 (IPv4) rather than :: (IPv6).
