Ah, I think you use mingw toolchain from mingw.org <http://mingw.org/>. This 
mingw is nearly dead as it’s maintainers not work on it anymore.

I’m about mingw-w64 toolchains that. Read please:

Currently mingw-w64 GCC have SEH support for 64-bit toolchains.
This year borland patent for SEH is expired that prevent adding 32-bit SEH 
support for GCC. I think 32-bit SEH support will be added on next year to GCC.
