Header page format is not so volatile as other's ones. gstat could show at
least ODS version (more precise than in current error message) for databases
which current engine can't work with. Now it is hard to find out what
Firebird/Interbase version should be used to work with a database of an unknown
version using only Firebird 3.0 gstat.
