   It doesn't make them useful in any meaning.
   I started a couple of discussions on sql.ru and they shown that no one of 
app 
developers really care about warnings. API-based applications (rare things by 
themselves) 
can log them, but data access components ignore them completely because they 
have no sane 
way to handle warnings at all.
