what is the difference between
Index "ROZLICZENIE_FK1" Range Scan (lower bound: 1/1, upper bound: 1/1)
Index "RODZAJ_DZIAL_FK" Range Scan (partial match: 1/2)
i suppose partial match is about fields used in compound index but what is here
lower/upper bound?
