Database stops responding after shut-down, every connection attempt to the
database gets stuck and calling program does not respond any more.
Shut-down was attempted through IBExpert and by gfix using command: gfix -shut
multi -force 0 database.fdb
The error exists in Firebird 2.5.2 Superserver and also in Firebird 2.5.3
