Database in attached file can not be handled in embedded mode (see actions in
the subj).
FBSVCMGR hangs just before completition - it can be easily checked when doing:
%FB30_HOME%\fbsvcmgr service_mgr action_db_stats sts_data_pages sts_idx_pages
sts_record_versions dbname <path_to\database_file.fdb>
