today I noticed something weird. For .NET provider tests I recently
updated from 2.5.4 to 2.5.5 on CI. And the tests are now significantly
slower. Consistently.

You can check other builds as well. It's not a glitch. I'm using the
Firebird's ZIP distribution from SF, just unpacked and executed. No
configuration whatsoever. Any idea what it might be?
