We can select e.g. in snapshot transaction
get CURRENT_COMMITED_MAX_TRANSACTION_NUMBER_TACKED
select * from TABLE WHERE
RDB$RECORD_VERSION>PREVIOUS_COMMITED_MAX_TRANSACTION_NUMBER_TACKED
and after that - we can update our
PREVIOUS_COMMITED_MAX_TRANSACTION_NUMBER_TACKED to
CURRENT_COMMITED_MAX_TRANSACTION_NUMBER_TACKED
