Improve performance with FW=on in ext4 partitions

There is old thread named "Still on the ext4 slowness..." that I suggested an
approach which was said to possible improve the performance. The thread seems
to have died without further investigation, so I'm finally creating a ticket.
The idea was to instead open forced-writed databases with O_DSYNC, open them
without it and issue fdatasync for a set of pages when the precedence graph
really needed to be written.
