Use CONNECT or CREATE DATABASE to specify a database
SQL> create database 'xxx';
SQL> show database;

Owner: X

localhost bin # ./gfix -user x -sw xxx
localhost bin # ./gfix -user y -sw xxx
Unable to perform operation: system privilege USE_GFIX_UTILITY is missing
Ok for owner, fails for others.
