ISQL (or fbclient ?) crashes on detach after processing with DB which has
objects with length = 63 non-ascii characters

Consider two scripts from attached .7z
Script "c0749-short-names.sql " will work without problems.
Script "c0749-long-names.sql" will show results but immediately after this ISQL
will crash.
