Probably when I find time to finish the work I have started. But I am not sure when that will be. Firebird 3 compiles on MacOS if you install all the right stuff in the right places (ICU, libtommatch etc) and set the appropriate compile/link flags. Unfortunately I still haven't finish work on the packaging and installer.
