SHOW commands should show RDB$DESCRIPTION in output

It would be useful to display the text from RDB$DESCRIPTION in the SHOW
commands for object types that have COMMENT ON syntax available. As it is a
BLOB, perhaps just a reasonable-sized substring would do it, with an option to
show the whole BLOB.
