Hi,
I think data base identifiers need to be independent from the underlying
database. In other words, a database users should be able to easily rename
things as part of development.
However I noticed that I could not rename my key field in LibreOffice. So then
I submitted a bug to them
(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108068), but it turns out
that Firebird lacks this important functionality.
Please read my comments in that bug, and thanks for your work on Firebird.
