Yes of course. But as you can see no one of PHP.net developers are taking the 
issue. I only was asking if someone here with a bit of knowledge of PHP source 
code can take a quick look at the bug and help all the PHP community which 
works with firebird as database.

 As far as I can see from this bug description this is pure PHP issue - with 
all other clients firebird has no problems supporting multiple connections to 
same database.
