Here's the plan:
PLAN HASH (EMTD NATURAL, JOIN (SORT (DR DR NATURAL), EWR INDEX
(IDX_EWR_SENT_A_TEMP)))

Could I somehow confirm it's this? And more importantly how can I
prevent falling into this trap? :)
